Photo Album Service Includes:

One set of original images scanned at 600dpi by hand with professional photo scanner.

One set of Enhanced Images, edited by professional photo editor. Visit Sample Images page to see the difference.

One set of Small Size Images (Smaller file size for easy sharing over internet)

Each photo album will be scanned and saved into a separate folder. Naming of folder is limited to 20 characters in English only.

Each photo filename will have prefix of the corresponding folder, such as Birthday 1988_0001, Birthday 1988_0002, Birthday 1988_0003, etc.

All you need to do is tell us the dimensions of all your albums. Please note that some old albums are structurally weaken over the years and may suffer damage from even the gentlest handling.

Option 1: We will carefully remove the photos from your albums and replace them when finish scanning. However, sometimes, photos are glued, stuck or wedged inside an album. In such case, these photos will be scanned without removing from the album. A special handling fee of HK$3.00 per photo applies to these kind of photos, because it takes much longer time to process.

Option 2: We can take picture of the album page with professional camera and lighting equipements (200+Mega Pixel per page) and then crop the images out or not crop the images at client request. Price per individual cropped photograph is $8.00, price per album page (no cropping) is $50.00.

Photo size lager than 4R (4" x 6") and upto 8R (8" x 10") is HK$14.00 each.

Save in TIFF format (uncompressed original file = much bigger file size), add HK$1.50 per photo.

If Photos/Negatives/Slides are mixed in one group and must be scanned and organised to a specific sequence, a special handling fee will applied. Please contact us in advance to discuss pricing.

Please do not send us material with broken glass picture frame without notifying us first. A special handling fee will apply.

Free Door to Door Service* (Hong Kong Island Only) for order over 1000 photo scans (any combination). Otherwise, the two way shipping fee starts from HK$100.00. Alternatively, you can drop off at our Pick-up and Drop-Off Center located in Central.

For photos that contain sticky substance, wedged/stuck in album or are attached to photo corner stickers, a special handling fee of HK$3.00 per photo applies.

If the albums only contain a few photos to be scanned, over weight charge may apply.

* Pick Up and Delivery Service is free for order over 1000 images to Hong Kong Island Only, there may be extra charge if your location is too far from MTR station, such as South Side of Hong Kong Island, Happy Valley, All Mid-levels, The Peak and other remote area. Stairs will require extra fees. We do not provide Pick Up and Delivery service to Outlying Islands and some part of New Territories.
