By accessing and using Good Time Photo Services with doy time in its sole discretion, and may modify, suspend, or terminate the site and its services for main name goodtimephotoservices.com (the “Site”) or any website hosted from Good Time Photo Services and its subsidiaries, constitutes your agreement with all the terms and conditions. This Terms and Conditions is only available in English which is a legal language in Hong Kong SAR, We do not provide this Terms and Conditions in any other languages or translation service. Copyrighted Materials:
Good Time Photo Services will not scan any copyrighted material, such as books, photos that are copyrighted by photographers, etc. Most wedding photos copyright belongs to the photographer, please obtain his/her approval of duplicate, alter, edit, restore in writing and send us a copy of it prior to sending in your photos/albums, same goes to other copyrighted photos/materials. By sending the Company your order, you agree that you are the legal owner of the materials and have permission to reproduce, edit, alter, restore and duplicate the materials. By submitting your order to Good Time Photo Services, you agree that you indemnify and hold Good Time Photo Services and its subsidiaries, and its employees, officers, directors, agents, affiliates, licensors and business partners harmless against and from any and all costs, liabilities, damages, and expenses including costs of defense and attorneys’ fees, Good Time Photo Services or any other indemnified party suffers in relation to or result from a breach of your representations and warranties.

Liability and Warranty Agreement:
At Good time Photo Services, we perform all the storing, scanning, editing, restoring, altering of your photos, albums, documents, any materials in good faith and professionalism. However, beauty is in the eye of the beholder, and the end result may differ from your expectation. Furthermore, accidents and act of god do exist. By sending the Company your order, this action constitutes an Agreement by you that all services are “AS IS” with no warranties is recognized or entered into and any loss or damage by Good time Photo Services and its subsidiaries, and its employees, officers, directors, agents, affiliates, licensors and business partners, will not entitle you to any compensation nor recovery. Good time Photo Services and its subsidiaries, and its employees, officers, directors, agents, affiliates, licensors and business partners do not assume any liability, whether damages or lost by water, fire, theft, natural disaster, negligence or any other means, for client supplied materials such as photos, albums, documents, any materials that are submitted with your order. You further agree that Good time Photo Services and its subsidiaries, and its employees, officers, directors, agents, affiliates, licensors and business partners are not liable for any payment, reparation or compensation of any kind in the event that your order or photos, albums, documents, any materials are lost, damaged or misplaced.

Price and Payment:
Pricing schemes are subjected to change without prior notice. Once all services are completed; we will send you an invoice via email that you supplied to us. In situation where the total amount exceeds HK$10,000.00, a partial invoice may be issued to demand payment for the partial work performed. Full payment must be received before your original contents and finished products/services are returned to you. Payment is due 14 calendar days from the date of invoice. Your account is considered delinquent if full payment is not received within 30 calendar days from the date of invoice. Thereafter, a storage fee of 10% of the latest invoice or total invoice amount whichever is greater will be added to your invoice every calendar month until full payment and storage fee are received. If full payment and storage fee are not received by 90th calendar days from the original date of invoice, client forfeits all rights and ownership of the original contents and finished products/services. The Company reserves the right to discard, dispose, auction, sell, lease whatsoever of these forfeited original contents and finished products/services. Storage fee of 10% will continue to be added each calendar month to the latest invoice or total invoice amount whichever is greater until full payment and storage fee are received or the Company no longer possess the original contents and/or finished products/services.

By accessing and using Good Time Photo Services with domain name goodtimephotoservices.com or any website hosted from Good Time Photo Services and its subsidiaries, constitutes your agreement that you will not copy, download, alter, delete, or change any of the content of the Site. You further agree you will not transmit any content that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to: (1) destroy, interrupt, alter or limit the functionality of any computer software; or (2) interfere with the access of the host or network or any user, including, without limitation, sending a virus, overloading, flooding, spamming, or mail-bombing any part of any system, website or network.

Unless otherwise specified, all materials appearing on Good Time Photo Services web site/s, including the sites design, text, logos, graphics, icons and images, audio and video clips, as well as the selection, assembly and arrangement thereof, and all software are the properties of Good Time Photo Services and are protected by copyright laws. All other copyrighted materials, trademarks, logos, images and graphics are the property of their respective owners.

Cancellation:
If you decided to cancel your order prior to any actual scanning, altering, editing, restoring, or any work (the “Work) performed by Good Time Photo Services. You may do so by contacting us by email or phone call. However, you are responsible to reimburse Good Time Photo Services for two ways shipping cost and the shipping cost must be paid in full before your originals or materials are returned to you. If Work has already begun, you are required to pay for the Work performed according to the appropriate pricing schemes at the time of the order initiation.

Refund:
There is no refund of any kind for any scanning, altering, editing, restoring, or any work (the “Work") performed by Good Time Photo Services. If you are not satisfy with our service, please discuss with us, we are very reasonable and easy to work with.

Testimonial and Feedback:
Good time Photo Services may publish any testimonial and feedback provided by you. This testimonial and feedback will be the exclusive and sole property of Good time Photo Services. You hereby assign all rights, title and interest worldwide in and to the testimonial and feedback, and all related intellectual property rights to Good time Photo Services.
