WE DO NOT use photo scanner with autofeeder, all photos are scanned by hand with professional photo scanner. Photo scanner with autofeeder can achieve low cost and high speed, however the image quality is no match with professional CCD flatbed photo scanner in terms of sharpness and color accuracy. In addition, autofeeder can potentially scratch and damage photo.

We will scan the photos into separate folders if you group them. Please put as least 30 photos per group, otherwise an additional fee may apply. Naming of folder is limited to 20 characters in English only.

Each photo filename will have prefix of the corresponding folder, such as Birthday 1988_0001, Birthday 1988_0002, Birthday 1988_0003, etc.

All you need to do is remove photos from your photo album and tell us the estimated number of photos.

Photo size lager than 4R (4" x 6") and upto 8R (8" x 10") is HK$9.00 each.

Save in TIFF format (uncompressed original file = much bigger file size), add HK$1.50 per photo.

If Photos/Negatives/Slides are mixed in one group and must be scanned and organised to a specific sequence, a special handling fee will applied. Please contact us in advance to discuss pricing.

Please do not send us material with broken glass without notifying us first. A special handling fee will apply.

Free Door to Door Service* (Hong Kong Island Only) for order over 1000 photo scans (any combination). Otherwise, the two way shipping fee starts from HK$100.00. Alternatively, you can drop off at our Pick-up and Drop-Off Center located in Central.

For photos that contain sticky substance, a special handling fee of HK$3.00 per photo applies. If photo is inserted into plastic sleeve, it is charged at Photo Album Service price.

* Pick Up and Delivery Service is free for order over 1000 images to Hong Kong Island Only, there may be extra charge if your location is too far from MTR station, such as South Side of Hong Kong Island, Happy Valley, All Mid-levels, The Peak and other remote area. Stairs will require extra fees. We do not provide Pick Up and Delivery service to Outlying Islands and some part of New Territories.
